1) Acoustic Wall Systems

a) Acoustics Drywall System
Our Drywall Systems features 2 main products that offers significant savings and benefits to consumers. They compliment and conflict each other by having their own uniqueness yet similar advantages.


i) Our Dragonboard Partitioning Wall System is a waterproof partitioning system. It focuses on sound isolation using a thinner build up which means financial and space savings but yet achieve fire retardance that meets the TUV SUV standards as well as STC achievements to meet stringent criteria. Dragonboard's fabulous resistance to impact gives it a good advantage and proves it to be an edge over other partitioning materials. Due to the waterproof ability of the material, it can be applied to both internal and external conditions. In addition to it, the product which mainly is used for wall system, can also be applied on ceiling and floor. Last but not least, it is environmentally green and popular with the consumers who emphasize actively on eco-friendliness. Especially suitable for small rooms which has space constraint yet require isolation such as small meeting rooms, discussion rooms and teleconference rooms.


ii) Our Augreen Block is a non loading internal block wall system designed to isolate sound transmission from space to space. The system is quick to install, cutting down on expandables involved, thus giving savings on labour and material by effectively reducing manhours and debries. Similar to many of our other products, it is environmentally green and popular with the consumers who emphasize actively on eco-friendliness. Suitable for theatres and bigger spaces that requires internal wall buildup which offers acoustic isolation performance.


B) Acoustic Wall Finishes
Our Acoustic Wall Finishes come in a variety of choices. However, our star products are the Fabric and Timber finishes. Our Acoustic Wall Finish Solutions meet aesthetic purposes yet offers acoustic performance such as Reverberation Control, Sound Absorption and for timber panels - also Diffusion.


i) Acoustic Upholstery Panelling System
Our FabriTRAK tracking systems and quality upholstery installations provide the fabric upholstery panels that serve to acoustically treat any room space as well as maintain the utmost standards in aesthetics. Suitable for treating teleconference rooms, conference hall, karaoke rooms, office spaces, Auditorium/Performance Theatres and Worship Spaces.


ii) Acoustic Timber Panelling System
Our Acoustic Timber Panels provide for a natural aesthetic solution to noise control. The timber panels comprise of a base core board and black acoustic fleece baking, topped with a finishing surface. Our timber panels meet BS476 Class 3 fire rating and can be chemically treated to give even better fire rating. Suitable for high traffic places such as schools, studios, reception areas, lecture halls, sports hall, office corridors and other parts of commercial buildings due to
its resistance ability against user abuse.


C) Acoustic Operable Walls
Our Acoustic Partitions with high acoustical performance, provide sound attenuation of Sound Transmission Class Rating (STC) of 35dB to 51dB. Panels are manually operated and give rooms the flexibility of space and acoustic capacities. With its unique German technology of cranking system, the acoustic drop seals ensure minimum leakage of sound. Suitable for dividing meeting / conference halls, worship spaces, schools, hospitals and offices.


2) Acoustic Doors
Our acoustic doors consist of a door leaf, door-frame and seal package that has been tested for acoustic performance to TUV SUD standards. Models of our acoustic doors are available as fire-rated or non-fire rated. Fire-rated models are according to fire and/or smoke resistance levels according to TUV SUD standard. Suitable for recording studios, music halls, schools, executive meeting rooms and apartments. Our acoustic doors are customizedso they achieve STC performance that ranges from 35db - 50 db for timber door and STC 35 - 70 db for metal doors.


3) Acoustic Floor Systems
Floating floor systems are essential to obtain high degrees of living and work space comfort in noisy environments, or to realize a reduction of noise and vibration disturbance in the environment. Appropriately used in factories, discotheques and sporting halls. The high performance makes it crucial for sound-sensitive areas such as recording studios, auditoria, theaters, anechoic rooms. Depending on the isolation levels to be obtained, different types of floating floor systems can be designed.


4) Acoustic Louvres
Modular construction of acoustic louvres act to provide high noise reduction on internal or external facades (all weather louvres). High quality control of louvre manufacturing and attention to design ensures our louvres also act as architectural features on any building façades. Also suitable for equipment enclosures such as air-cooled condensers, refrigeration plants and cooling towers.


5) Acoustic Ceiling Systems
Our ceiling solutions are differentiated by Isolation, Reverberation Control and Absorption Performance. With a variety of partners on hand, we are able to provide choices of solution to cater to different sound criteria and aesthetic requirements.


6) Acoustic Open Plan Partitions
FabriTRAK tracking system is once again combined with suitable acoustic infill to provide mobile partition panels for office organization systems. Acoustic partitions can be used for partitioning any part of an office or area where sound compartmentalization is preferred. Suitable for offices, stores, schools, hospitals and call centers.


7) DIY Acoustic Kits
Everyday consumers can now find simple ways to acoustically treat their home with VI-SON Acoustics' latest addition of DIY Kits. Standard acoustic panel sizes are available for purchase. Acoustic panels come in art print and basic fabric design.
